TY: Number 32

i remember growing up in newton, and only knowing surrey.
surrey was the whole world. sure, i knew of the 6 continents
of the world, but i only cared for what i knew. & what i knew
was surrey. i've lived in surrey all my life, but slowly expanded
my boundaries. since i was 8 i've lived in 7 different homes.
whether that would be with my mom, dad, or my just my siblings.
moving was always kind of a btch. every time you move out
you always seem to throw the things you don't need away.
as of right now i still believe i have too many "things".

i guess with moving so much i didn't have very much stability.
i didn't have to commit to much because i would end up leaving
anyways and finding something new. may not always be better,
but i would make do. i guess i could say thats where i learned to
adapt to change & accept it without choice.

the sense of belonging didn't exactly stick. so when i would get
around close to something that would mean a lot to me, and give
me that sense of belonging I took it to heart. i think i needed that
most as a child. growing up with good friends that stuck around
kept me grounded. & if ever there came a time where i would loose
those people in my life, it hurt me a lot. i never liked separation
or loss of friends. but when something like that happens it happens
for a reason.

being super sensitive doesn't help either. but eventually i
cope & accept.

..hmm i don't really know where i was going with this. I
kind of just let myself ramble this time. but it was a good
self exploration. Again, Thank You JamieJane for these
Quotes. They're helping me understand myself one little
bit at a time.

To slowly reveal & understand yourself a little more
and more is actually somewhat meditating.
