its a love/hate thing

the people i love have reached out to me in ways others don't bother with. touching me on emotional levels, ones that reach my heart - thats why they call it love. but i've found that those very same people whom i've grown this love for are the very same people i can only categorize to hate.

a friend of mine recently mentioned how hate is such a strong word. and for him to use the word hate towards someone that use to once be a friend meant a lot. we can simply like, and or choose to dislike a person very quickly. we do this by judgment from what we see, hear, or even smell. a girl walks in, you hear "omg, like totally, right? I know, totally!" right away you affiliate that with annoying dumb bimbos and there goes your judgement. you dislike her. you can't officially hate her because she hasn't done anything to you, nor do you know anything else about her. maybe she's reciting lines for a role, maybe shes a lot smarter than she sounds, or maybe that is her. either way its not worthy enough to say that you hate her.

i think you can only really hate someone after you've loved them.

WAIT, i take that back. i've grown to hate you. you made it so easy too.
