Keeper

People everywhere, some familiar, mostly strangers. But that doesn't matter because she's looking out for him. Picks up her phone and just as she's about to message him she catches sight of his body walking in. Looking casual in jeans & hoodie he steps in from the misty rain and it gives her a feeling that makes her a little less lonely. Removing his hood he looks at her with a smirk and greets her with a hello and comforting hug. She's got this one, so she passes him his ticket and they head in. Both running in to the familiar faces and giving quick greetings as they reach their theater. Seated next to each other they converse about each others day & the poor weather that's starting to take over. Both agreeing on rain having an unfortunate effect on their day. The movie starts to play. As he laughs at the jokes in the movie she takes recognition, realizes his boyish charm & starts to enjoy hearing him take in the humor. She smiles to herself thinking about how long its been since she's felt this way and goes on to enjoying the movie.

They walk out together. He holds the door for her and sees that the rain stopped. Both enlightened they walk to his car. So thankful for seat warmers & the heater they relax and enjoy the ride home. They hug, sweetly say their good byes and see you soons.

He respects her & her space. He makes her feel like a goodgirl again & a shy one at that. But she's enjoying every moment of it. From meeting his friends to the gentle contact between their two hands.

She found it. And apparently to his friend "‎​He told me that I found a keeper haha" - him :)
